If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Vivid Noise Club will review the problem and help arrange the most suitable solution.

Non-personalised physical items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused and in their original condition. Digital downloads and personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a technical issue or fault with the file.
