1. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. Non-personalised physical items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Personalised items and digital downloads are non-returnable. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
2. Who pays for return shipping?
Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the next steps.
3. What about digital downloads?
Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
Because they are digital files, digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased or downloaded. Please check the product details carefully before ordering.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most physical items are made to order.
Production usually takes 3-10 business days before dispatch. Shipping time then depends on the product type and delivery location.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships, where tracking is available.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, many Vivid Noise Club products ship internationally.
Apparel and digital products are generally available globally. Some items, such as mugs and tote bags, may have regional shipping limits. Please check each product page for the most accurate delivery information.
6. Why are some products only available in certain regions?
Some products are fulfilled by different production partners depending on item type and location.
For example, tote bags may be available for US shipping only, while mugs may be listed separately by region. This helps keep delivery clearer, faster and more reliable.
7. How do the shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies fit?
Most apparel is unisex and fits true to size for a regular fit.
For a looser or oversized look, size up. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
8. How should I wash my item?
To keep your item looking its best:
- Wash inside out on cold
- Avoid bleach and harsh detergents
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly over the printed design
- For embroidered items, do not iron directly over the embroidery
9. Do you offer personalised items?
Some products may include a personalised option.
Personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations may be possible shortly after ordering.
Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or change the order. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need help.
