If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. I'll review the problem and help arrange an appropriate solution.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? Non-personalised physical items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me within this period to arrange a return. Items should be unworn, unused and in their original condition.

Personalised products and digital downloads are generally non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
