Order Processing Information

Every Vivid Noise Club physical item is only made whenever an order comes in. Using only trusted production partners helps reduce waste. Your item is only created after your order is placed, rather than sitting stock - thereby keeping the range fresh, flexible and intentional, whilst being good for the environment.

Apparel orders are processed, produced and dispatched for arrival within 3-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, such as holiday seasons or other major gifting periods, production may occasionally take a little longer. If so, you will receive order updates by email if that is the case.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time depends on your location, the product ordered and the delivery service used. Tracking information will be provided with your order.

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. After purchase, your digital files will be available immediately, with the download delivery method shown at checkout.
