Non-personalised physical items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Personalised items and digital downloads are non-returnable. If there’s an issue with your order, please message us and we’ll be happy to help.

After your order arrives, you may receive a follow-up email from Vivid Noise Club where you can report any delivery or product issue.
